CO 69: Identify the various factors influencing FDI and will also gain knowledge about the cost and benefits of FDI.

CO 70: Gain understanding about various social issues in IB such as Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility etc.

CO 71:  Acquaint themselves with advantages, disadvantages, growth and Organization structure of MNC’s.

CO 72: Understand the various concepts related to Globalization including the difference between Multinational, Global and Transnational companies.

Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Business, Environmental issues & Labour issues.

Multi National Companies (MNC’s) –

Definition, concepts, advantages, disadvantages and growth of MNC, Organization structure of MNC.

Globalization-

Meaning, Effects and Benefits, Multinational, Global, Transnational companies, Factors favouring globalization, obstacles.
