On completion of this course, the students will be able to: CO 163: Understand the basics of Intellectual Property rights and its management. CO 164: Define and explain different types of IPR CO 165: Examine and describe patent claims that legally define a structure or method, and its varied embodiments. CO 166: Explore infringement of the rights of the patent holder by another CO 167: Explore the defenses to an asserted claim of infringement, and remedies when infringement is established. CO 168: Identify the importance of competition act 2002 in IPR. |
