Report On Webinar:- Indian MNCs – Global outsourcing destination for digital solutions.

The Department of Management: MBA-IB organised a webinar on 11th November 2020 for the students of MBA-IB on Microsoft teams, The speaker for the session was Ms. Swati Dublish Solutions Leader, Banking & Financial Service, Hexaware Technologies, New Jersey.
The topic of the lecture was ‘Indian MNCs: Global Outsourcing Destinations for Digital Solutions’. The session begins with the introduction of our guest speaker, After an Introduction speaker begins the session with her presentation and give an insight about concept of outsourcing and its need in current business environment. She continued by explaining how outsourcing helps in staying ahead in competition, controlling cost of business processes while maintaining good quality and reducing time. She also elaborated about types of outsourcing; and Why India is mostly preferred BPO hub globally.
Lastly she enlightens us with the knowledge of digital transformation happening in service industry with an example of banking company by showing a video.
