Social Cost Benefit Analysis: Meaning, Approaches

Project planning & scheduling: Introduction, Scheduling Techniques (Bar Chart, Network based scheduling-PERT &CPM)

Project  Organization: Functional, Task force & Matrix Organization structure

 Project Control: Information monitoring, internal & external project control, cost accounting systems for project control, control process, performance analysis, variance limits, and issues in project control.

Capital Budgeting- Introduction, Discounted cash flow techniques: Net Present Value and IRR.

Project Management Information System: Meaning, Benefits of computer based PMIS, features of PMIS

Project Evaluation, Reporting & Termination: Project reviews & reporting, closing the contract.
